- Open ge3.ini in the game's Ini folder.
- Change TestMode=false to TestMode=true under [Game] and save the file.

- Type marvin quickly while playing (some versions want the character/stats screen open first).
- A message confirms marvin mode is on.
- Press the tilde (~) key to open the console, type a command and press Enter.
- Type marvin again to turn cheat mode back off.
