FAQ

Is there a money cheat in GTA Vice City?

No. Vice City has no genuine money cheat; ignore any code claiming to add cash.

How do you enter cheats in GTA Vice City on PC?

Type the code at any time while playing. There's no console window to open.

How do you enter cheats in GTA Vice City on PS2?

Enter the button sequence during gameplay with the D-pad, shoulder buttons and face buttons, reasonably quickly. A message on screen confirms it worked.

Do the GTA Vice City cheats work in the Definitive Edition?

Most of them do, but a handful, including the invisible-car cheat, were removed, and the remaster adds a few new cheats of its own that aren't on this list.

Can you undo a pedestrian cheat like FIGHTFIGHTFIGHT?

Be careful with it: never save while a pedestrian cheat is active, since it can permanently break pedestrian behavior in that save file.
