- Press ~ to open the console (Shift+2, Shift+3, Alt+2+1, §, ^ or ° on some keyboard layouts).
- Type the command exactly as shown.
- Press Tab while typing to see valid IDs, if the command needs one.
- Press Enter to run it.

Yes. Using any console command disables achievements for that game.
