How to enter cheats in SWAT 4

PC

Edit SWAT4.ini and set EnableDevTools=True under [Engine.GameEngine].
Load a single-player mission.
Press ~ to open the console.
Type the command and press Enter.

How to enable developer mode in SWAT 4

Run SWAT 4 once so it creates SWAT4.ini, then quit.
Open the Content\System folder in the game folder. The default is C:\Program Files\Sierra\SWAT 4\Content\System.
Open SWAT4.ini in Notepad and find the line EnableDevTools=False.
Change False to True and save the file.
Load a single-player level and press ~ to open the console.
