FAQ
Why do the Pokemon codes need an Action Replay?
Those games have no built-in cheat menu, so the codes are written for a cheat device that patches the game as it runs. The guide lists the device and the game version each code was made for.
Are these codes safe for my save file?
Cheat-device codes can corrupt a save, especially the ones that create items or change your party. Back the save up first; every guide with device codes says so in its warnings.
