Troop command syntax PC Gamer's current table adds troops with campaign.add_troops [TroopID] | #, with a pipe between the ID and the number, and campaign.add_troops help lists the troop IDs. How do you turn on cheat mode in Bannerlord?

Open the console with Alt and the tilde (~) key, type config.cheat_mode 1, and press Enter. You can also edit engine_config.txt and change cheat_mode to 1.

Is there a money cheat in Bannerlord?

Yes. The campaign.add_gold_to_hero command adds gold to your hero once cheat mode is on.

Do Bannerlord cheats affect my save permanently?

Some effects, like added gold or renown, are written straight into your save, so they stay even after you turn cheat mode back off.

How do I turn off Bannerlord cheat mode?

Set cheat_mode back to 0 in the console or in engine_config.txt.
