- Start a city.
- Press Tab to open the panel and click a button.
How to enable developer mode in Cities Skylines
- In your Steam Library, right-click Cities: Skylines and choose Properties.
- On the General tab, type -enable-dev-ui into Launch Options.
- Start the game; the developer UI is active from then on.
- To turn it off, delete -enable-dev-ui from the launch options.
