Load a level and press Shift + ~ to open the console.
Type helpusobi 1 (or devmapall) and press Enter to turn cheats on.
Type a command exactly as shown and press Enter.
Press Shift + ~ again to close the console.

Can you use these cheats in multiplayer?

JKHub says multiplayer cheats only work after a map is loaded with devmap followed by the map name, for example /devmap mapname. On a server, the admin can run rcon devmap with a map name. JKHub: All console commands and cheats
