Compatibility notes
Which releases these codes apply to, and where one behaves differently. Each note links to the source that documents it.
- Steam release, 2016 onwards The My Summer Car Wiki says the console shipped by accident in the first public version in October 2016, was removed by the 26 October 2016 update and came back later at an unknown date. It is now off by default and only the Rauhijoketti last name on a new game turns it on. My Summer Car Wiki: Console
- DATE, TIME and POOR The My Summer Car Wiki says these three need a number typed straight after the command, for example TIME20 for 8 pm or DATE5 for Friday. Every command is four letters, anything after the fourth letter is ignored apart from the number, and the command line fits 12 characters. My Summer Car Wiki: Console
- Newer versions The My Summer Car Wiki marks KILL, PORO, RBED, RCAR, RTRA, RVAN and SEIV as not working in newer versions, and says KEKE and DATA might not work properly. GamerTweak lists the same commands the same way. My Summer Car Wiki: Console
- Older command lists Destructoid marks POOR as working only in older versions. The My Summer Car Wiki and GamerTweak list POOR as a current command, with the asterisk meaning it takes a number, so POOR stays on this page. Destructoid: All My Summer Car console commands and how to use them
