How to enter cheats in Sons of the Forest

PC

Start playing (not at the title screen).
Type cheatstick, then press F1 to open the console.
Type a command and press Enter, adding on or off to toggles.
Redo this after restarting the game or loading a save; the console only works with a US keyboard layout.

Do cheats disable achievements in Sons of the Forest?

Dexerto says only the host gets the full command list in a shared game.
