No. The retail game has no god mode or spawn cheat; they were taken out before release.

Type rs_stats on. It puts the frame rate and other engine stats in the top left corner.
How do you hide the HUD for screenshots?
Type hud_info off to remove the HUD elements, and hud_weapon off if you also want the weapon gone.
Do the console commands work in the Enhanced Edition?
Players report the console still opens there but the commands have no effect.
