- Open the game folder and edit TerraInvicta_Data\StreamingAssets\Templates\TIGlobalConfig.json in a text editor.
- Change "debug_ConsoleActive": false to true and save the file.
- Start the game, load a campaign and press ~ to open the console.
- Select the nation, councilor, army, fleet or module if the command needs one, type the command and press Enter.
