Do cheats disable achievements in Red Faction?

Can you use these cheats in multiplayer?
The Red Faction Wiki marks the cheat words as single-player commands. Of the commands here, only kill also works when you are a client in a multiplayer game, and it does not run on a server or through rcon. Red Faction Wiki: Red Faction Console Commands
Compatibility notes
Which releases these codes apply to, and where one behaves differently. Each note links to the source that documents it.
- PC, patch v1.20 The Red Faction Wiki builds its command list on the last official PC client, v1.20, and marks vivalahelvig, bighugmug, heehoo and the three camera commands as undocumented and for single player. Red Faction Wiki: Red Faction Console Commands
- Fan patches (Dash Faction, Pure Faction) The same wiki lists extra commands added by fan patches such as Dash Faction and Pure Faction. Those are third-party, so they are left out here; it notes Pure Faction keeps every base-game command except rate. Red Faction Wiki: Red Faction Console Commands
- PS2 and PS4 (2016) A Steam discussion describes the PS4 release as a port of the PS2 game, not the PC one. GamesRadar's PS2 page carries only reader-submitted button codes that no second source confirms, so no PS2 codes appear here. GamesRadar+: Red Faction cheats (reader submissions)
- heehoo A GamesRadar reader calls heehoo a no-clipping code, while the Red Faction Wiki, GameRevolution and Cheat Happens describe it as fly mode that toggles between flying and walking. Red Faction Wiki: Red Faction Console Commands
